If you lived through the 2000s rock boom, Frank Iero was the frenetic engine behind My Chemical Romance. He didn't just strum chords. He threw his entire body across arena stages, bled for the music, and gave millions of misfit kids a reason to scream along.

When the band pulled the plug in 2013, Frank refused to sit still. He threw himself into raw solo projects, walked away from a terrifying road accident in Australia, and later formed supergroup L.S. Dunes. When MCR finally got the old crew back together, Frank slid right back into place—still playing like every show could be his last.
