Mention Ramsay Street to anyone who grew up on Aussie soaps, and they'll picture Melissa Bell. She stepped into the shoes of Lucy Robinson back in 1991, took the character through teen rebellion and high-powered hotel schemes, and never quite left the cul-de-sac behind. Whenever the show needed a familiar face with an icy smile and a good plotline, they called her back.
She broke out on *E Street* before heading straight into Erinsborough royalty. Down the years, she's dealt with tabloid chatter about cosmetic surgery, pop-ups on reality telly, and the emotional roller-coaster of the soap's brief cancellation and rebirth. Love her or loathe her on-screen schemes, she's pure soap opera gold.
