If you tuned into any smash Italian streaming hit over the last few years, Nicole Morganti probably signed the cheque. As Amazon's top creative boss in Italy, she turned local reality shows and glossy teen dramas into massive watercooler hits that had the whole country talking.

She didn't start at the top, of course. She spent years learning the TV business inside out at MTV, Sky Italia, and Discovery before taking the reins at Prime Video. Today, she sits right at the head of the table when it comes to deciding what Southern Europe binges next.
