Born in Dublin, Ireland, Vogue Williams began her media career in 2010 on the Irish reality television series Fade Street. She expanded into international broadcasting through appearances on competition series, including Dancing with the Stars Australia in 2012 and ITV's Bear Grylls: Mission Survive, which she won in 2015.

Williams has since established herself as a prominent television and radio presenter, fronting documentaries for RTÉ and weekend programming on Heart Radio. She achieved significant commercial success in podcasting, co-hosting the widely followed podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me alongside comedian Joanne McNally and Spencer & Vogue with her husband, Spencer Matthews.
